Amanda Heldt, Vice President of Consulting at Kiersted / Systems, will lead an expert panel that explores trends and current best practices to develop and implement a defensible and controlled strategy for legal hold management. Discussions will focus on improving compliance with judicial and governmental requests for evidence preservation.
